Cash Equity and F&O Broking Operations – Analyst

J.P. Morgan India Private Limited (JPMIPL) is a member of The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and The National Stock Exchange of India ( NSE). JPMIPL has a substantial presence in the broking business in India. We require candidates for Broking Operations.

Job summary:

As a Cash Equity and F&O Broking Operations Analyst within our team, you will play an active role in our Equity and F&O Broking Operations. This role provides an opportunity to be part of the Broking operations which carries out Trade contracting and Trade settlement functions. You will have the chance to monitor Operational Risk Management for Position limit and Margin utilization, ensuring adequate margin available at Exchange for TM and CM. This role also involves coordinating with clients, client’s custodians, exchanges, and overseas desks, providing you with a diverse and dynamic work environment.

Job responsibilities:

• Participate in Broking operations which carries out Trade contracting and Trade settlement functions.
• Monitor Operational Risk Management for Position limit and Margin utilization  
• Monitor adequate margin available at Exchange for TM and CM 
• Allocate trades and handle pre-settlement
• Coordinating with Client , Client’s Custodian , Exchanges, Overseas desk
• Sending Trade Confirmation to the clients 
• Handle Trade Settlement & Accounting, MIS Reporting, Exchange reporting, Security Settlement 
• Having knowledge of UCC, OTR, Payout, Payin, Margins, etc.
• Replying to Regulator / Client’s  related queries

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Maximum 5 years of broking experience.
• Commerce Graduates with good academics 
• Good Accounting Knowledge
• Good Communication Skill
• Ability to handle pressure and volumes.
• Ability to exercise high levels of discipline and  concentration 
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.
• Ability to work in a deadline driven environment
• Good team member
