In this role, you’re expected to:
The Cash and Trade Proc Sr Analyst is an intermediate level role responsible for ensuring digitization responsible for supporting global digitization projects in TTS Cards onboarding space, responsible for ensuring digital signature capabilities rollout globally and ensuring adoption and working closely with Global TTS product team to define strategy and ensuring common standards are adopted and rolled out across all countries. The overall objective is to apply in-depth knowledge, and contribute to the development of new techniques / processes for cash management operations.
The role demands a high level of diligence, motivation and organizational skills
You will focus on timely and accurate delivery of all account opening functions, as well as delivering superior customer services and resolving customer issues to maintain customer satisfaction
Day-to-day oversight of the Asia Account Opening and Maintenance activities, including daily review of in-process, pended, and regional service related activities, ensuring the country account opening requirements are clearly defined to support ALL scenarios of account opening and maintenance requirements, and delivery of very high quality service to customers and internal partners
Responsibility to provide oversight on country process and liaison with country stakeholders for BAU management, regulatory reporting, process management and new initiative implementation
Responsibility for various types of project management in the account services space, and managing cross-functional relationships with all countries and the regional team in Asia
Determines new work procedures, analyses complex and variable issues with significant departmental impact
Document Review and System Set ups
Coordination with Client and Cross Regional Countries
Global Lead for Cards onboarding digitization responsible for supporting global digitization projects in TTS Cards onboarding space.
Global Lead for Digital Signature (eSignature, eSubmit, DocUSign) rollout, responsible for ensuring digital signature capabilities rollout globally and ensuring adoption.
Working closely with Global TTS product team to define strategy and ensuring common standards are adopted and rolled out across all countries.
Working closely with all country Legal, Compliance, Controls partners and ensuring all relevant standards and policies are met.
Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Change Management:
- Lead and manage change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new processes or systems.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication throughout the transformation process.
- Contribute to change management efforts, ensuring alignment with the broader transformation agenda.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and business partners.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders.
- Obtain buy-in from stakeholders for key project plans, commitments, and changes.
Performance Management:
- Monitor project progress and performance against key metrics.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Analyze management reports and derive insights to drive business decisions.
Transformation Strategy:
- Develop and implement transformation strategies based on organizational objectives.
- Assess the current state of the business and chart out the desired future state.
- Create a comprehensive plan to bridge the gap between the current and future states.
Analytical and Problem-Solving:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve project issues.
- Ability to analyze data and derive insights.
As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
8+ years of experience in a related role to cash and trade operations and management
Effective verbal and written skills
Effective communication and analytical skills
