The Cash and Trade Proc Sr Analyst is an intermediate level role responsible for ensuring transactions are processed accurately and on time in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to apply in-depth knowledge and contribute to the development of new techniques / processes for cash management operations.

Responsibilities:

• Process Sanction screening disambiguation process
• Expertise on Sanctions screening (Identification of sanction screening matches & disposition of them after thorough Investigation, In case of any ambiguities ability to escalate swiftly for resolution)
• Deliver error free processing and achieve assigned productivity levels
• Monitor and report errors to ensure adherence to audit and control policies
• Follow procedures and controls required for assigned process
• Able to surpass the delivery service standards agreed with the client (Accuracy & timeliness)
• Quick resolution of queries raised by customers & Independent stakeholders.
• Provide consistent support to business requirements and contingency situations
• Ensure NIL non-adherence in all Citi policies and procedures
• Willing to work in rotational shift being a 24/7 operating model

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in a related role to cash and trade operations and management
• Effective verbal and written skills
• Effective communication and analytical skills

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
