Job Summary

The Carrier Relations Executive will manage global voice operations by handling carrier relationships, pricing strategies, and routingoptimisation. This role involves negotiating rates, managing accounts,identifyingnew business opportunities, andmaintainingstrong relationships with both suppliers and customers.


Key Responsibilities

Build andmaintainrelationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Negotiate rates with suppliers to achieve better cost structures and quality improvements.

Negotiate pricing with customers to secure incremental international and domestic voice traffic.

Maintain daily communication with assigned accounts to drive revenue growth.

Promote company routes through various channels such as email marketing and LinkedIn outreach.

Support Sales and cross-functional teams with operational tasks whenrequired.

Coordinate documentation, including NDAs, contracts, and agreements.

Assistin resolving trouble tickets and carrier-related issues.

Generate andmaintainperformance and pricing reports as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

Basic understanding of telecommunications, particularly voice services (VoIP).

Familiarity with rates, codes, and routing principles is a plus.

Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Proficiencyin Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple priorities in a global context.
