Hiring; CargoWise Functional Consultant | Freight Forwarding & Logistics

Location: PAN INDIA

Mode: Onsite

Experience: 4-6Yrs

We are seeking an experienced CargoWise Functional Consultant to support and enhance logistics and freight forwarding operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to configure, optimize, and implement CargoWise solutions that align with operational workflows, compliance requirements, and financial integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document freight forwarding and logistics processes including import, export, customs clearance, shipment management, and billing.
• Configure and optimize CargoWise modules to support operational workflows, compliance requirements, and invoicing processes.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate operational needs into system solutions.
• Support integration between CargoWise and finance/ERP systems (e.g., Sage 300).
• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensure system readiness, and support go-live activities.
• Conduct user training sessions and develop documentation for business users.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements within CargoWise.
• Provide ongoing functional support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for operational teams.
• Ensure system configurations align with logistics compliance, customs regulations, and financial controls.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong domain knowledge in freight forwarding, logistics operations, and customs processes.
• Hands-on functional experience with CargoWise.
• Solid understanding of order-to-cash processes in logistics environments.
• Experience with logistics-finance system integration.
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations and functional specifications.
• Experience supporting UAT, training, and system implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in global freight forwarding or 3PL environments.
• Exposure to ERP integration with logistics platforms.
• Knowledge of customs compliance workflows and documentation.
