Job Title: Cargowise Business Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Business Analyst with strong experience in logistics and cargo operations.

This role will support product development, drive requirement gathering, and help streamline logistics processes across freight, customs, warehouse, and finance functions.

You will work closely with operations, technology, and vendor teams, with a strong focus on Cargowise implementation and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Support product roadmap planning, sprint execution, and backlog management
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process workflows
• Lead or support Cargowise implementation, configuration, and ongoing user support
• Provide functional support across freight forwarding, customs, warehouse, and finance modules
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and vendor teams to deliver solutions
• Conduct UAT, validate requirements, and ensure smooth release cycles
• Identify process improvement opportunities within logistics operations

Required Skills & Experience

• 35 years of experience in Business Analysis or Product roles
• Strong understanding of 3PL / 4PL / 5PL logistics, freight forwarding, and cargo operations
• Hands-on experience with Cargowise (implementation and support)
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Cargowise Certification
• Exposure to TMS, WMS, or FMS systems
• Understanding of API integrations and data flows
• Experience with process mapping tools such as Visio, Miro, or Lucidchart
