CargoWise Analyst

Job Title : CargoWise Analyst Job Summary We are seeking a skilled professional with hands-on experience in CargoWise (WiseTech) software to manage ticket handling, workflow configuration, implementation testing, and production support. The role involves coordinating with users, customizing reports, managing financial modules, and ensuring smooth operations across multiple regions. Key Responsibilities Ticket Management & Support o Handle end-to-end support tickets through CargoWise Ticket Management. o Configure workflows for ticket escalation, tracking, triggers, and milestones. o Provide timely resolution and documentation of support cases. Implementation & Testing o Conduct system testing and validation during new implementations. o Configure production environments and ensure smooth go-live transitions. o Support new phase rollouts. Workflow & Registry Configuration o Customize workflows for forwarding, registry, customs, and tracking tasks. o Configure registry settings and generate customized reports. o Manage triggers, milestones, and task automation. Customization & Documentation o Customize CargoWise modules and reports to meet business requirements. o Maintain documentation for workflows, configurations, and support processes. User Coordination & Training o Conduct training sessions for end-users on CargoWise modules. o Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure adoption and effective usage. Finance & Master Data Management o Manage receivables, payables, finance charge codes, and master data. o Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial transactions within CargoWise. Technical Expertise Utilize SQL for data extraction, reporting, and troubleshooting. Work closely with IT teams for system enhancements and integrations. Required Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience with CargoWise (WiseTech) software modules. Expertise in ticket management, workflow configuration, and registry setup. Knowledge of finance modules (receivables, payables, charge codes). Proficiency in SQL for reporting and customization. Experience in implementation, testing, and production support. Ability to train and coordinate with users across regions. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain industry. Certification in CargoWise ERP system is a plus and mandatory.
