Cargo Revenue Accounting

TCS is hiring for Cargo Revenue Accounting role !!

 Location: TCS Mumbai

Experience: 1 to 5 yrs (Airline cargo revenue accounting preferred)

Qualification:- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) is mandatory.

Shift: 24 X 7 shift pattern

Responsibilities and Duties: 

• Knowledge of SIS & CASS invoice handling.
• Knowledge of Cargo Revenue Accounting (Sales Accounting / Interline Accounting & Mail Accounting)
•  Analyze various fields on AWB against the data captured in airline cargo operation & revenue accounting system. 
• Apply various business rules for correct rating of AWB in system. 
•  Apply various exception in system for invoicing customers at various station across the network. 
• Apply correct rate on AWB (Standard tariff, Contract tariff, Adhoc rate)
• Handles interline invoices & rejections from SIS. 
• Communication with stations, agents, and airlines.
• In dept analysis of various fields captured as part of AWB capture in operations system (gross weight, chargeable weight, tariff charged, SHC codes, product codes etc) needs to be done against the physical / scanned copy of AWB.
