Manager / Senior Manager Career Services - Corporate Relations

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Relations professional to independently build, manage, and grow strong industry partnerships within an assigned domain. The role focuses on enabling internships, live projects, placements, and industry engagement initiatives that enhance student career outcomes and strengthen institutional industry presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Corporate Relationship Development
Identify, approach, and onboard corporate partners within the assigned industry domain
Build and nurture relationships with CXOs, HR leaders, talent acquisition heads, founders, and functional leaders
Position the institution as a long-term, credible talent and capability partner
- Internships, Live Projects & Placements
Source internships, live projects, apprenticeships, and full-time roles aligned with academic programs.
Collaborate with corporate partners to define role expectations, skill requirements, and hiring timelines.
Coordinate end-to-end hiring processes including interviews, assessments, and offer closures
- Industry Integration & Student Readiness
Enable guest lectures, workshops, masterclasses, mentoring, and industry interactions
Share domain insights to support student skill development, portfolios, and career preparedness
Collaborate with internal academic stakeholders to ensure industry relevance
- Relationship Management & Account Growth
Act as the single point of contact for assigned corporate accounts
Drive repeat engagement and expand partnerships across multiple hiring and engagement formats
Convert transactional hiring relationships into long-term strategic partnerships
- Data, Reporting & Market Intelligence
Track corporate engagement, opportunities, and placement outcomes using CRM or tracking systems
Maintain accurate data on offers, roles, CTCs, and hiring trends
Share industry insights and market intelligence with internal teams
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree required (Masters preferred) in Management, HR, or a relevant domain
Experience
- 510 years of experience in corporate relations, talent acquisition, HR, industry partnerships, or business development
- Strong existing corporate network within a specific industry domain preferred
- Proven success in an individual contributor, outcome-driven role

- Sound understanding of industry hiring practices and role requirements
