Role Description

We are looking for academically strong trainers with subject depth (similar to MBA faculty / Business Analytics trainers) who can deliver structured Career Readiness sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate students.

The trainer must combine academic credibility + practical employability guidance.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver 2-hour structured Career Readiness sessions

Teach resume building from a professional standpoint

Explain interview frameworks with business logic

Guide students on positioning academic projects professionally

Train students on behavioral & analytical interview preparation

Deliver content with clarity, structure, and subject depth

Drive live student engagement and activation

Required Profile

Graduate or Postgraduate

3+ years teaching or training experience

Experience teaching:

* Business Analytics

* Business Communication

* Management subjects

* HR / Marketing / Finance fundamentals

* Corporate training modules

Experience preparing students for placements

Ideal Background

MBA subject lecturer

Business Analytics trainer

Placement trainer with academic experience

Corporate trainer with management domain knowledge

Visiting faculty in management colleges

Mandatory Skills

Strong conceptual clarity

Structured teaching ability
