Career Development Manager

Role Overview

This is a zero-to-one leadership role to build and own the Career Prep vertical from the ground up. You will define how Tetr prepares students for internships, jobs, entrepreneurship, and global careers designing the playbook, building industry partnerships, and ensuring strong career outcomes.

You will operate at the intersection of students, companies, mentors, and global markets part operator, part relationship builder, part career coach.

What Youll Own

• Design the end-to-end career preparation framework across geographies, with clear outcome metrics (internships, placements, live projects, entrepreneurship).
• Build and manage corporate partnerships for internships, projects, immersions, and full-time roles.
• Run high-impact career programming (resume building, LinkedIn presence, interviews, case prep, career clarity).
• Build a global mentor network and structured mentorship experiences.
• Create networking platforms, speaker series, and industry immersions aligned with academic outcomes.

Who Were Looking For

• 47 years in career services, placements, partnerships, or talent programs.
• Strong industry network across consulting, tech, finance, or startups.
• Proven ability to build from zero to one and execute end-to-end.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping young people build meaningful careers.
