V-Accel AI Dynamics works closely with EdTech and training ecosystems, supporting career-oriented programs, technology training, and placement-driven learning initiatives.
We are looking for an experienced Career Counselor who understands the EdTech domain, student counseling lifecycle, and conversion-driven admissions processes.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and working professionals on career paths, courses, and programs
Handle inbound and outbound leads generated from digital marketing and walk-ins
Understand student profiles, goals, and learning needs and recommend suitable programs
Explain course structure, duration, outcomes, pricing, and placement support
Maintain accurate lead and counseling records in CRM
Follow up with prospects and close admissions effectively
Coordinate with training, placement, and operations teams
Conduct career guidance sessions and orientation calls
Achieve monthly enrollment and conversion targets
Ensure a positive and professional student experience
Must-Have Skills
Proven experience as a Career Counselor in EdTech or training institutes (mandatory)
Strong communication skills in English and Tamil
Ability to handle student objections and guide decision-making
Experience working with admissions targets and counseling KPIs
Strong follow-up and relationship management skills
Confident, empathetic, and result-oriented mindset
Good to Have
Experience in technology, software, or IT training counseling
Exposure to placement-driven or job-guarantee programs
Knowledge of CRM tools used in EdTech sales
Experience handling walk-ins, demo sessions, and webinars
Salary Range
20,000 35,000 per month
Incentives based on admissions and performance.
