Job Description
We are looking for a qualified and empathetic Career Counsellor to support students in making informed academic and career choices, aligned with CBSE guidelines and NEP 2020 .
Key Responsibilities
- Provide structured career counselling to students (Grades VIXII)
- Conduct aptitude and interest assessments
- Organise career awareness programmes and counselling sessions
- Engage with parents for guidance and clarity
- Maintain counselling records and reports as per CBSE norms
Eligibility
- Masters in Psychology / Counselling / Education
- Certification in Career Counselling preferred
- Prior school counselling experience is desirable
- Strong communication and documentation skills
