Career Counselor

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven US & UK Career Counsellor to guide and support candidates who are interested in building their careers in the US and UK job markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counselling students and professionals, understanding their career goals, and helping them identify suitable opportunities aligned with their skills, experience, and aspirations.

• Provide career counselling to students and working professionals regarding opportunities in the US and UK markets.
• Evaluate candidate profiles and provide appropriate career guidance and job recommendations.
• Assist candidates with resume building, profile enhancement, and interview preparation.
• Educate candidates about job market trends, hiring requirements, and basic visa processes.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates to track their progress and engagement.
• Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure a smooth placement process.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and updates in the CRM system.
• Meet and exceed monthly counselling and conversion targets.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal, counselling, and convincing skills.
• Good understanding of the US and UK job markets (IT/Non-IT preferred).
• Ability to work in UK and US shift timings.
• Basic knowledge of resume screening and career mapping.
