We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Academic Counsellor to join our admissions team. You will play a key role in guiding prospective students to find the right course fit, supporting them throughout the enrollment process, and ensuring a positive academic journey.

• Engage with potential students via phone, email, and in-person meetings to understand their academic goals and career interests.
• Provide in-depth information about AIEM courses, career paths, fees, and admission procedures.
• Follow up with leads generated through online and offline channels.
• Maintain accurate student records in CRM and ensure timely conversions.
• Assist in organizing admission drives, seminars, and educational events.
• Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams for lead nurturing and student engagement.

• Bachelors degree in any discipline (Education, Business, or Communication preferred).
• Freshers are welcome.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
• Familiarity with education CRM systems is a plus.
