We are currently looking for a dynamic and result-driven Career Counselor who is passionate about guiding students and helping them choose the right career path.

As a Career Counselor, you will play a key role in guiding students, managing admissions, and supporting their academic journey. You will interact with aspiring students, understand their goals, and help them choose the right career-oriented programs.

Conduct career counselling sessions for prospective students

Manage telephonic, online, and walk-in inquiries and convert them into admissions

Generate and track leads and inquiry activities

Achieve monthly billing and collection targets

Manage student batches and fee collections

Coordinate faculty batch scheduling

Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management

Organize seminars, workshops, and events for new inquiries and current students

Manage inventory of inquiry forms, enrolment forms, brochures, and books

Strong convincing and sales skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Confident personality with a student-first approach

Target-driven mindset with ambition to achieve goals

Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively

Bachelors Degree

2+ years of experience in counselling, admissions, education sales, or a related field
