Job Description

Location: Remote (Occasional intracity travel required) Full-time

Qualification: Bachelors or Masters degree (Preferably in Psychology or Education)

Experience: Freshers can apply

Mandatory Requirements: Candidates must be proficient in English, have excellent communication skills, be tech-savvy, have a passion for education, and adopt a customer-centric approach.


Compensation Range: INR 300,000 per annum (Fixed component )+ variable incentives.

Role Description


The Client Relations Saarthi is the primary point of connection for students and parents. They manage communication, scheduling, and coordination, while ensuring that every interaction is smooth, timely, and reassuring. Their role is to create a seamless experience and support families throughout their engagement with Career Saarthi.


We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Client Relations Saarthi. This role requires a proactive approach to guiding students and parents through their educational journey, ensuring seamless communication and support throughout the counselling process.


Key Responsibilities:


Client Engagement & Experience

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for students and parents, responding to queries with clarity, warmth, and professionalism.
  • Build trusted relationships with prospective and enrolled clients, ensuring a seamless and reassuring experience.
  • Engage with potential clients who inquire about Career Saarthis programs, contributing actively to business development.
  • Serve as a bridge between other team Saarthis & clients to ensure minimal communication delays & gaps.
  • Collect feedback, address concerns, and ensure timely resolution to maintain high service standards.


Operations & Coordination

  • Manage scheduling for sessions, meetings, and internal coordination between clients, counselors, and leadership.
  • Support the CEO and counseling team with calendar management, coordination, and operational follow-through.
  • Maintain and update backend systems, including databases, trackers, Excel sheets, and internal documentation, to ensure operational efficiency.


Academic & Application Support

  • Proofread essays, Statements of Purpose, and application content for clarity and impact.
  • Support students in developing CVs and LinkedIn profiles aligned to their academic and career goals.
  • Track College application timelines and key deadlines to ensure structured progress for every client.


Research & Knowledge Building

  • Conduct online research on courses, colleges, universities, and emerging opportunities to strengthen the quality of guidance offered to clients.


Brand Representation & Outreach

  • Represent Career Saarthi at school events, institutional programs, corporate forums, education fairs, webinars, and seminars as required.
  • Contribute to planning and execution of career events (webinars, workshops, fairs) as part of brand-building initiatives.
  • Support social media and marketing initiatives through content ideas and contributions.


Team Support & Growth

  • Assist in training and onboarding new team members on processes, tools, and service standards.
  • Contribute to strengthening internal systems, workflows, and client experience practices.
