Just Abroad is expanding its Europe Division, and we are looking for an experienced Career Counsellor (UK & Europe Specialist) who can lead counselling operations from strategy to execution.

We are looking for an experienced Career Counsellor UK & Europe Division who can lead counselling operations from admissions strategy to execution. The candidate should have strong domain knowledge of the UK and European education systems, admission processes, visa procedures, and student counselling lifecycle.

Experience with multiple study destinations will be considered a strong advantage.

Counsel students for UK & Europe study options

Guide students on course, university & country selection

Handle end-to-end admission & application process

Support visa documentation & process guidance

Lead Europe Division counselling strategy

Work closely with management for division growth

Participate in seminars, webinars & student counselling events

Maintain university and partner coordination

Minimum 5+ years experience in Study Abroad Counselling

Strong expertise in UK & Europe admissions & visa processes

Strong communication & student counselling skills

Experience counselling for multiple countries (USA / Canada / Australia etc.)

Experience leading a team or vertical

Strong university network
