Location (IMPORTANT): The successful candidate will be based at Injembakkam, Chennai. Local candidates or candidates willing to relocate to chennai preferred.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Career Centre Manager. The Career Centre Manager will be responsible for overseeing career counseling programs, coaching and mentoring students, managing and leading a team, organizing training programs, and fostering relationships with partner institutions. Key day-to-day tasks will include providing guidance to students on their career pathways, ensuring team members perform efficiently, and aligning training initiatives with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and skills in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management
• Demonstrated business skills to manage and grow a business unit
• Experience in Student Counseling and guidance practices
• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with students, team members, and partner institutions.
• Proven abilities in Team Management to lead and coordinate a team effectively, fostering collaboration and performance.
• Experience in planning and implementing Training programs aligned with organizational objectives.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities with a passion for building meaningful partnerships.
• Previous experience in the education or career services sector is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.

Remuneration

The successful candidate will recieve around 4.0 to 6.5 lakhs per annum with UNLIMITED performance based INCENTIVES.
