Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, job portals, cold outreach, referrals, and networking campaigns.
  • Conduct structured consultation calls to understand candidate background, visa status, career goals, and salary expectations.
  • Present and sell placement support services including resume optimization, interview training, and job marketing.
  • Use a consultative sales approach to identify pain points and position solutions effectively.
  • Convert prospects into paying clients and consistently achieve monthly revenue targets.
  • Handle objection management, negotiation, and deal closing independently.
  • Ensure timely payment collection and follow-up on pending balances.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track performance metrics (leads, conversions, revenue).
  • Build strong relationships with candidates to drive repeat business and referral sales.
  • Collaborate with recruiting/marketing teams to maximize candidate placements and upsell services.

Location: Satellite area, Ahmedabad (US Shift)
