Role Overview

We are hiring a Career Advisor / Sales Consultant to work closely with international students and guide them toward the right career services and enrollment decisions. This is a people-centric, outcome-driven role that blends career counseling, consultative sales, and relationship building.

As a Career Advisor, you will engage directly with students, understand their career goals, explain structured career plans, and support them throughout the decision and onboarding journey. Success in this role requires empathy, clarity, confidence, and the ability to convert conversations into long-term value for students.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with international students via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, phone calls, and video meetings to understand their career aspirations and concerns.
• Explain career services, pricing, timelines, and success outcomes in a clear, motivating, and transparent manner.
• Advise students on the most suitable career plan aligned with their background and goals.
• Drive enrollments by maintaining consistent follow-ups and addressing objections with empathy and confidence.
• Meet and exceed weekly conversion and enrollment targets.
• Share insights from student interactions to improve outreach strategy and messaging.
• Represent the brand professionally while building trust-based, long-term relationships with the student community.

Qualifications

• Strong experience or aptitude in career counseling, student advising, sales consulting, or client-facing roles.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Empathetic, confident, and persuasive personality with the ability to connect authentically with students.
• Goal-oriented mindset with high ownership and accountability.
• Comfortable working with tools such as Google Meet, Google Sheets, and CRM systems.
• Exposure to international students, EdTech, recruitment, or career services is a strong advantage.
