JOB DESCIRPTION

Global Hire is hiring a Career Advisor for a full-time, on-site position at our Ahmedabad office.

In this role, you will interact with candidates exploring opportunities in the international job market. You will guide them through the career support process, understand their professional goals, and help them take the right steps toward improving their job search strategy.

This role is suitable for fresh graduates as well as candidates with prior experience in counseling, recruitment, sales, or customer support roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct consultation calls with candidates to understand their career goals
• Guide candidates on global hiring processes and job search strategies
• Provide information about Global Hire's career support services
• Assist candidates with understanding resume positioning and interview preparation processes
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and support them throughout their journey
• Coordinate with internal teams for candidate onboarding and support
• Stay updated with industry hiring trends and candidate requirements

Qualifications

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• 0 6+ years of experience in recruitment, counseling, sales, or customer-facing roles is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills
• Ability to handle multiple candidate interactions effectively
