Role Summary

Lenity is looking for detail-oriented associate to support US healthcare operations. This role, you will work closely with physicians and work with them as equal partners, providing administrative, operational, and patient-engagement support.

The ideal candidate should have a medical or dental background, exceptional communication skills and a passion for patient care.

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and healthcare coordination

Support tele-encounters by updating, and documenting patient information as per provider instructions

Assist with prescription refill requests, ensuring accuracy and routing as per established protocols

Coordinate laboratory-related tasks, including order tracking, result follow-ups, and documentation

Manage incoming and outgoing faxes, ensuring correct categorization and timely EMR update

Communicate clearly, calmly, and empathetically, especially with elderly patients

Maintain accurate, complete, and timely documentation in EMRs and internal systems

Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA, data privacy, and compliance standards

Desired Experience & Qualifications

Required:

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

Educational background in Dentistry, Medicine, Nursing, or Pharmacy

Good knowledge of medical terminology and basic pharmacology

High attention to detail and documentation accuracy

Strong empathy and ability to communicate with senior patients

Willingness to work US night shifts

Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven healthcare environment
