This role blends empathy, communication, Ayurveda learning, and conversion accountability ideal for someone who enjoys both people and purpose.

Role Overview

As a Care Consultant, youll be the first touchpoint for individuals who enquire via WhatsApp, calls, ads, or walk-ins.

Your job is to:

• Listen, understand, & reassure
• Explain how Ayurveda can support them (training provided)
• Guide them to book the right consultation/therapy
• Ensure they have a smooth experience from enquiry to visit

You play a direct role in helping people begin their healing journey with us.
