What would you do? The Sourcing Execution Analyst is responsible for executing sourcing strategies for capital projects, ensuring the efficient and cost-effective procurement of materials and services. This role involves conducting market research, managing RFP/RFQ processes, and analyzing supplier proposals to support the procurement team s objectives.
What are we looking for? Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is a plus, or High School Diploma in Technical and Scientific Disciplines as minimum requirement. 3+ years of experience in procurement or sourcing, preferably within the engineering, technology, or energy sectors Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and cost analysis Familiarity with Sap Ariba platform -Sourcing module Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Strong negotiation and communication skills Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Knowledge of sourcing best practices and supplier evaluation techniques
Roles and Responsibilities: Conduct supplier scouting to identify potential suppliers based on Senior Buyer inputs of needs Assess market conditions, pricing trends, and supply chain dynamics to prepare a comprehensive context description to the senior buyer Prepare Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Quotations (RFQs) documentation pack in alignment with project requirements. "Set up RFX event into client sourcing platform SAP Ariba based on sourcing strategy guidelines Coordinate the RFP/RFQ process, including timeline management and communication with supplier Collect of supplier queries and manage stakeholder engagement, response collection and distribution to the suppliers enabling a full alignment of information between all bidders Ensure all supplier participate actively anticipating any issue, als technical , and engage technical AMS support in case of any issue can affect effective and fair competition Analyze supplier proposals to assess quality, cost, delivery, and overall value Develop and use evaluation criteria and scoring systems to compare supplier offerings and prepare bid and scenario analysis to clearly understand the best awarding scenarios Perform detailed cost analyses of supplier proposals to identify the best value options Work with suppliers to perform detailed analysis with supplier in other to identify further saving opportunities Collect bidder documentation suitable for contract drafting in collaboration with the Contract Management Specialist Ensure all contracts are aligned with the projects procurement strategy and compliance requirements band perform final check of technical specification into contract Evaluate Vendor workload vs. Project scope vs other Clients PO linked to different Projects to avoid overloading of Vendors Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and procurement teams, regarding sourcing activities and status. Prepare and present sourcing reports and analyses to senior management Participate in post-sourcing evaluations to capture lessons learned and inform future sourcing activities
