Graystone Capital is building a global institutional capital network and were looking for professionals who operate comfortably at the intersection of relationships, credit, and execution.

This is not a sales-only role.

This is a relationship-led, execution-driven role working closely with banks, funds, and institutional capital providers across regions.

The Role

You will be responsible for building and managing long-term alliances with:

• Regional & international banks
• Private credit platforms
• PE & VC funds
• Institutional and alternative capital providers

The focus is on partnerships, credibility, and deal execution , not transaction chasing.

This role is for you if you:

• Have strong, existing relationships with banks, lenders, or funds
• Understand credit, deal structuring, and capital deployment
• Prefer building institutional-grade partnerships over short-term transactions
• Are excited by cross-border deals, complex structures, and high-growth platforms

What youll do

• Build and manage lender and investor alliances globally
• Work closely with origination teams on live transactions
• Support structuring discussions, lender coordination, and deal closures
• Represent Graystone Capital with institutional partners across markets
