Job Description
Hiring: Capital Markets Lawyers (ECM/DCM) Mumbai & Delhi
Experience: 38 years (Law Firms only)
What youll work on
- Fund-raising & offers: IPOs, QIPs, rights issues (renounceable/non-renounceable), private placements, FCCBs, public issues of bonds/debentures, buybacks, takeovers, due diligence, RHP/OD drafting.
- Advisory & compliance: Day-to-day SEBI/Stock Exchange filings, continuous disclosure, listing criteria, regulatory submissions for listed companies and intermediaries.
- DCM: Counsel issuers, underwriters, banks, investors & trustees on domestic/international debt offerings.
- ECM: Advise issuers/intermediaries on IPOs, rights issues, private placements, takeovers & buybacks.

- Solid ECM/DCM deal execution from a reputed law firm
- Strong drafting, regulatory know-how (SEBI/LODR/ICDR), and stakeholder management
