Capital Market SME

Requirement for a Director Capital Markets Consulting with 8-10 years of experience in capital markets.

A smart, energetic person with top-notch communication skills and intellectual curiosity having a good understanding of capital markets.

Expertise needed:

-At least 8+ years of experience in one or more of the following: asset management, brokerage, investment banking, custody & fund services.

- Prior experience in any of the following roles: product management, process management/operations, pre-sales, consulting, or delivery in capital markets

-Adept at problem solving with a proven ability to understand customer requirements and translate into workable solutions

-Abreast of market trends with good working knowledge of various asset classes like FX, MM, Equities, FIS and Derivatives

- Tech savvy and having an understanding of designing/suggesting API flows and processes, creating wow customer experience etc.

-Exposure to any horizontal consulting services like program management, process management, digital transformation, customer experience, agile delivery etc., would be good to have, though not mandatory.

Qualifications:

-Full-time MBA from a well-known institute

-Professional certification in trading or relevant courses in capital markets would be an added advantage
