Hiring: Capital Markets & Investor Relations Associate

We are a diversified group operating across Manpower outsourcing, IT Staffing, digital transformation, and IT services, currently in advanced stages of an IPO planned within the next 9 months. We are looking to onboard a hands-on professional to support IPO execution and coordination.

Role Summary:

- Coordinate with merchant bankers, legal advisors, auditors, and other professionals

- Manage and track IPO documentation (DRHP/RHP), disclosures, and compliance

- Liaise with SEBI, legal teams.

- Drive timelines, follow-ups, and stakeholder communication across the IPO workstream

- Manage Investor relations

Preferred Profile:

* Company Secretary (CS) with prior capital market exposure preferred; CA or CA Finalist with IPO exposure also welcome

* 12 years relevant experience (pre/post qualification) in IPO (SME or Mainboard) or capital markets

* Strong understanding of SEBI regulations, documentation, and compliance

* High attention to detail, strong coordination and execution skills

Location: Anywhere in India, Preferably in Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full-time

This is a high-visibility role offering direct exposure to a live IPO and senior leadership interaction.
