Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) specializing in Manpower Outsourcing / Contract Staffing to spearhead business expansion across Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, excellent client acquisition skills, and proven ability to drive revenue growth in the region.


Key Responsibilities


Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Generate new business opportunities in manpower outsourcing across Gujarat.
  • Identify and acquire clients in manufacturing, industrial, logistics, and services sectors .
  • Conduct client meetings to understand manpower requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, service agreements, and SLAs.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain strong follow-ups for onboarding and business closure.
  • Track client requirements and ensure timely service delivery.

Coordination & Operations

  • Collaborate with recruitment, HR, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service fulfilment.
  • Monitor end-to-end delivery quality, statutory compliance, and client expectations.

Market Knowledge & Reporting

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance, potential pipelines, and business forecasts.


Mandatory Requirements

  • 58 years of proven experience ONLY in Manpower Outsourcing / Contract Staffing (must-have).
  • Strong experience in client acquisition and relationship management.
  • Good understanding of statutory compliance, payroll basics, billing models, and service charges.
  • Prior experience handling Gujarat markets (Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodara, Rajkot, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Gujarat.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field .
  • Proven expertise in New Business Development, Lead Generation , and Account Management .
  • Strong skills in Business Operations, Strategy, and Client Management .
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with internal teams.
  • Prior experience with manpower outsourcing or recruitment services is preferred.


Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Immediate to 30 days notice period preferred.
  • Existing business connects or client relationships in Gujarat will be an added advantage.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in approach.
