We are looking for an experienced Capex Controller to strengthen our Finance team in a fast-paced QSR environment.
If you have strong experience in capital expenditure planning and asset management, this could be a great opportunity to grow with us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Capex planning and budgeting in alignment with business requirements
- Ensure physical verification and asset tagging across locations
- Drive timely capitalization of assets as per accounting standards
- Manage and monitor asset disposal processes with proper documentation and compliance
Ideal Candidate:
- 912 years of relevant experience in Capex / Fixed Asset Accounting
- Strong understanding of budgeting, financial controls, and asset lifecycle management
- Hands-on approach with high ownership and analytical mindset
