We are looking for a Human Resource Development (HRD) professional who is passionate about helping build a Future Ready Organization. S/he should be motivated to promote a digital-first mindset among employees and leaders for smooth digital transformation.

The key responsibilities for this role would include:

• Create and articulate a capability roadmap for the sales organization, in line with the organization's strategic priorities for India and SAARC region
• Work with the sales development heads toward creation and execution of the sales capability blueprint for building a future-ready sales organization
• Identify functional sales capability competencies across levels and channels
• Determines training requirements by studying sales and marketing strategic plans and current sales results
• Creation of cutting-edge training content to meet the competency gaps
• Measuring effectiveness of the training content dissemination with linkages to overall business
• Partnering with external partners/vendors for training content development, training, and assessment
• Design and rollout interventions to build a digital mindset
