Candidate Partner Design Talent

Location: Noida (Sector 142)

Work Model: Hybrid

Work Days: Monday to Friday, (Second and last Saturday off)

Type: Full-time

This role exists to hold thoughtful, high-quality conversations with designers, help them reflect on their career direction, and determine whether Clear Bracket is the right partner for them.

What You Will Do

  • You will speak to designers every day.
  • Not to sell roles, but to understand people deeply.


Your work will include:

  • One-on-one conversations with designers across experience levels.
  • Helping candidates articulate:
  • What kind of work energises them.
  • What kind of teams they thrive in.
  • What they want more and less of in their careers.
  • Introducing Clear Brackets evaluation and reflection process with context, never pressure.
  • Guiding candidates toward our assessment only when alignment is clear.
  • Writing thoughtful, structured notes that reflect true understanding.
  • Actively flagging misalignment. Not everyone should move forward.


Your success is measured by quality of alignment, not call volume.


What This Role Is Not

  • Tele-calling or cold outreach.
  • Script-based HR work.
  • Conversion-at-any-cost recruiting.


If activity metrics matter more to you than judgment, this role will frustrate you.

Formal HR degrees are optional.

Emotional intelligence is not.


Skills That Matter

  • Clear spoken communication in English and Hindi.
  • Strong listening and questioning ability.
  • Clear written articulation of candidate insights.
  • Comfort with documentation and structured notes.
  • Basic familiarity with digital tools and CRMs.


We will train you on our frameworks.

We cannot train you to care.


Compensation & Growth

  • Base Pay: 18,00020,000 per month.
  • Monthly Earnings: Team members typically move into the 25,00035,000 range within 36 months, based on quality of contribution.


We do not pay per call.

We pay for clarity, care, and decision quality.


This role is not designed as a high-pressure sales position. It is designed as a learning-intensive, judgment-driven role with a visible growth path.
