This is a full-time on-site role for a Canada Technical Recruiter, located in Noida. The role involves managing the entire recruitment life cycle, identifying and engaging with top technical talent, and building strong relationships with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, facilitating offer negotiations, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience aligned with company goals. The Technical Recruiter will collaborate with teams to understand technical requirements and support recruitment strategies.

• Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Technical Recruiting, and Hiring processes
• Proficiency in general Recruiting practices and strategies
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to connect with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms, tools, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in technical recruitment is highly desirable
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
