This is a full-time on-site role for a Canada Technical Recruiter located in Noida. The Canada Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruitment process with a focus on hiring top-tier technical talent. They will collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements, source and screen candidates, and manage candidate communication from initial contact to onboarding. The recruiter will also develop innovative sourcing techniques to build networks, maintain candidate pipelines, and ensure timely hiring outcomes.

• Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
• Strong skills in Technical Recruiting and Recruiting for various technology roles
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in using recruiting tools such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media platforms
• Proactive mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in recruitment for Canadian markets is advantageous
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
