This is a full-time, on-site Canada IT Recruiter position located in Noida. In this role, the recruiter will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for IT positions. Responsibilities include technical talent acquisition, building relationships with candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining an effective recruitment process to meet company and client staffing needs. The Canada IT Recruiter will work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful placement of IT and technical professionals.

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and managing end-to-end recruitment processes
• Experience in IT Recruitment, including sourcing and securing top technology talent
• Strong skills in Hiring and Technical Recruiting to identify and hire the best candidates for specialized roles
• Excellent Recruiting skills, including candidate relationship management and effective communication
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
• Knowledge of the IT industry in Canada and understanding of technical roles and requirements
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
