We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Canada Bench Sales Recruiter to join our growing staffing team. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals who are eager to build a career in IT staffing and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing IT consultants on Bench for Canada-based requirements
• Working with vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients
• Submitting resumes to relevant job openings and following up for feedback
• Maintaining strong relationships with vendors and recruiters
• Coordinating interviews and supporting end-to-end recruitment activities
• Keeping track of submissions, interviews, and placements

Requirements:

• 03 years of experience in Bench Sales / IT Staffing (Canada market preferred)
• Freshers with good communication skills and interest in recruitment are welcome
• Basic understanding of IT technologies is an added advantage
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced staffing environment
