Job Summary

We are seeking a Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in Java, MySQL, Git, and Camunda to design, develop, and maintain business process management (BPM) solutions.

Job Description

• Develop and implement business process workflows using the Camunda BPM platform.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Java code following industry best practices.
• Manage version control and team collaboration using Git.
• Design, develop, and optimize MySQL database queries to meet application requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration of Camunda workflows with other enterprise systems and services.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications to enhance performance and reliability.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable Java applications integrated with Camunda BPM workflows.
• Maintain and enhance existing Camunda process models and Java-based services.
• Manage the complete software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.
• Work closely with architects, developers, and project managers to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security policies, and industry best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design documents and process flows, for effective knowledge sharing.
