About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Campus Training Manager Operations to manage and oversee client engagements in the Indore region. The role requires daily on-site presence at the assigned university and end-to-end ownership of operational execution, stakeholder coordination, and data management to ensure seamless delivery of training programs.

Key responsibilities include -

  • Act as the primary on-site representative of Board Infinity at the assigned university, ensuring daily operational oversight and smooth program execution.


  • Visit the university on a daily basis to manage ongoing activities, strengthen client relationships, and address operational or academic concerns proactively.


  • Collaborate closely with university stakeholders, including faculty members, placement teams, and administrative staff, to align training objectives and delivery schedules.


  • Coordinate with internal coaches, mentors, and delivery teams to ensure effective session planning, alignment, and timely execution of training modules.


  • Monitor and manage daily operations related to training programs, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines, quality standards, and deliverables.


  • Maintain and manage accurate data records, including student attendance, assessments, marks, and performance metrics, across both the university platform and Board Infinitys internal systems.


  • Prepare and share regular reports on training progress, student engagement, mentor performance, and overall program health with internal teams and client stakeholders.


  • Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and timely updates on all relevant portals and dashboards.


  • Identify operational challenges and implement corrective actions in coordination with internal teams to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.


Preferred Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

  • 1 years of relevant work experience in Project or Program Management, preferably within the EdTech, training, or academic services domain.


  • Strong understanding of project execution, operational coordination, and training program delivery.


  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with university authorities and internal teams.


  • High level of organisational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple activities and stakeholders simultaneously.


  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace tools for documentation, reporting, scheduling, and data management.


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.


  • Willingness to travel locally and maintain consistent on-site presence at the client university.
