DETAILS OF THE ROLE
Position Title: Associate/Senior Associate
Reports To: Manager
Location: Multiple roles Pan-India
Experience: 2-5 years in a campus recruitment team within a professional services firm or
related industry.
Role Summary:
As a Campus Recruiter in the Talent Acquisition team at BDO India, you will be responsible for planning and executing campus recruitment strategies, with a focus on attracting high-potential talent for consulting and audit roles. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, placement cells, and HR teams to drive successful hiring from top campuses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage the campus hiring calendar for CA and non-CA institutes, aligned with business needs.
- Drive end-to-end hiring for Articles, Associates, and other entry-level roles, including assessments, selection, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with premier institutes and B-schools.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define hiring needs, timelines, and success metrics.
- Organize pre-placement talks, assessments, interviews, and offer roll-outs in coordination with institutes and internal teams.
- Create engagement programs to strengthen employer brand on campuses.
- Maintain detailed trackers, reports, and MIS related to campus hiring and onboarding.
- Partner with internal HR and onboarding teams for seamless post-offer engagement and conversion.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external guidelines throughout the hiring process.
- Support early career hiring strategy including internships, management trainee programs, and lateral hiring from recent graduates.
Key Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in campus recruitment, preferably with exposure to hiring for consulting or audit firms.
- Experience with Big 4 or top-tier professional services firms preferred.
- Strong project management, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and campus representatives.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Willingness to travel for campus drives as required.
