Role Overview

We are looking for a Campus Manager (Operations) to be based at one of our collaboration colleges in Hyderabad. This role will serve as the key link between Intellipaat , college authorities , and students , ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and seamless academic delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campus Ownership & Program Operations

* Own end-to-end execution of Intellipaat programs at assigned campuses.

* Ensure smooth daily operations by strictly adhering to defined SOPs and timelines.

* Manage on-ground logistics for classes, assessments, workshops, and events.

* Act as the primary escalation point for campus-level issues and resolve them proactively.

2. Student Growth & Engagement

* Be an approachable mentor and guide for studentssupporting them throughout their learning

journey.

* Track student progress, engagement, and performance metrics; identify gaps and work with

central teams to improve outcomes.

* Run student-focused initiatives such as orientation sessions, career talks, workshops,

hackathons, and industry interactions.

* Foster a culture of discipline, curiosity, accountability, and continuous improvement among

students.

3. Mentor & Trainer Enablement

* Coordinate with mentors/trainers to ensure high-quality program delivery.

* Support mentors with scheduling, classroom readiness, feedback, and performance tracking.

* Help onboard, integrate, and continuously improve mentor effectiveness on campus.

4. Stakeholder & Relationship Management

* Own relationships with college leadership including Deans, HODs, TPOs, and administrators.

* Share periodic performance and governance reports with institutional stakeholders.

* Manage expectations with professionalism, empathy, and data-backed insights.

* Represent Intellipaat in all campus interactions with integrity and confidence.

5. Culture, Leadership & Continuous Improvement

* Champion Intellipaats values on campusownership, student-first thinking, trust, and

excellence.

* Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements.

* Bring emotional resilience, problem-solving ability, and a solution-oriented mindset to

day-to-day challenges.

* Actively scout and nurture future leaders, mentors, or campus champions.

Requirements

• Bachelors/Masters degree (preferably in Management/Operations/Education-related field).
• 14 years of experience in operations, administration, or campus management (EdTech/education background preferred).
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools for reporting and scheduling.
• Ability to work independently, handle multitasking, and manage campus-level operations.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
