Role Overview

Elance Learning is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Campus Manager with P&L responsibility to lead and manage all operations at our campus. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive business growth, ensure operational excellence, and deliver exceptional learning experiences to our students.

Key Responsibilities

P&L Management

• Own and manage the campus P&L, including revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability targets
• Develop and execute annual business plans and budgets for the campus
• Monitor financial performance against targets and implement corrective actions as needed
• Identify new revenue streams and business opportunities

Operations Management

• Oversee all campus operations including admissions, academics, student services, and facilities
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and quality standards
• Maintain high standards of infrastructure, safety, and hygiene across the campus
• Implement efficient systems and processes to enhance operational effectiveness

Team Leadership

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of faculty and administrative staff
• Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement
• Conduct performance management and professional development for team members
• Manage hiring, training, and retention of quality staff

Student Success

• Drive student enrollment, engagement, and retention initiatives
• Ensure delivery of high-quality learning outcomes and student satisfaction
• Address student concerns and maintain strong student relationships
• Monitor and improve student placement and career outcomes

Business Development & Partnerships

• Develop relationships with corporate partners, educational institutions, and community stakeholders
• Lead marketing and promotional activities to enhance campus visibility and enrollment
• Represent Elance Learning at industry events and forums

Qualifications

Essential Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or related field
• 7 years of experience in managing educational institutions or training centers
• Proven track record of P&L management with demonstrated results
• Strong business acumen and financial management skills
• Excellent leadership and people management capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the EdTech or skill development sector
• Understanding of vocational training and employability programs
• Track record of scaling operations and driving growth
• Strong network in the education and corporate training ecosystem
