What you'll do for us:

Triage the ticket to determine if its bug/data issue,etc.
• Reproduce the issue and work with R&D,DevOps
• Develop,Test and Deploy the fix to production.
• Provide explanations for system behaviour(Forsolver–morecomplicated)
• Refactor IBPL code to make it moreefficient.
• Move Config between diffenv
• Develop and test CR’s.
• Cleanup/archivalandperformancetuning.
• User Management(ticketsortrainingcustomerIT)
• Collate the repeated issues or painpoints of planners to CSM for enhancements

• Willing to workin a 24*7 team with International Customers across the Globe.

What you'll have:

Languages: SQL or similar; Statistical,OptimizationandSimulationskillsthrough

Management,DistributionPlanning,MasterPlanningandS&OP.

Characteristics:
• Strong ability to lead by example and demonstrate proficiency in both product
and domain.

• Patient listener with the ability to clearly articulate your view point to manage and deliver to customer expectations,evenunder pressure.

• Ability to analyse and process large amounts of data and complement it with
intuition to prioritize and focus on the highest value opportunities or the
biggest risks are key
