We are seeking a results-driven PPC Campaign Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns for our real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, improving conversion rates, and maximizing ROI across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid media channels.


Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns for real estate projects and listings
  • Conduct keyword research focused on buyer, seller, and investor intent
  • Write compelling ad copy tailored to real estate audiences (buyers, renters, investors)
  • Manage campaign budgets and ensure cost-effective lead generation
  • Set up and optimize landing page tracking, conversion tracking, and remarketing campaigns
  • Monitor performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
  • A/B test ads, audiences, creatives, and landing pages to improve performance
  • Analyze data and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals
  • Stay updated on PPC trends, platform changes, and real estate advertising policies



Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns
  • Strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Knowledge of real estate marketing funnels and lead generation strategies
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
  • Experience managing monthly ad budgets and scaling successful campaigns
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
