- Person would be responsible for development of Adobe Campaign Classic workflow on a timely basis with precision as per the requirements.
- Should be able to coordinate with Campaign Managers/Product on queries raised by them and translate them to Adobe campaign workflows.
- Should be able to demonstrate technical and programming skills like Adobe Campaign, Java Scripting, CleverTap, CRMNext, Siebel etc.
- Should be a Team player with good communication skills & should be able to work under pressure.
- Design, develop and execute complex rules using Adobe Campaign including Java scripting.
- Monitor existing communications, troubleshoot campaign and technical issues, make modifications to existing communications and ensure communications are executed correctly.
- Manage communication status reporting; define standard delivery reports, and create new adhoc reports using available tools (e.g. SQL, Adobe Campaign).
- Analyze key campaign performance metrics and recommend ways to optimize campaign design.
- Help drive the migration of existing communications to the Adobe Campaign platform.
- Graduate /Post Graduate/MBA/BE with 1-2 years Adobe Campaign Classic experience. Banking experience would be an advantage.
- Well versed with Adobe Campaign Classic, Java Scripting, SQL, CRMNext, Siebel, macros, excels functions, etc.
- Problem solving attitude.
- Analytical skills & ability to quickly understand / anticipate the business requirement and outline the business benefit.
- Apply data program techniques and procedures.
