Job Title: Campaign Manager Web/Mobile (CPS / CPL / CPA | US/UK/EU Tier-1)

About the Role


Auktas is hiring a Campaign Manager to own the complete lifecycle of Web/Mobile performance campaignsfrom planning and execution to optimization, scaling, and reporting. This role blends hands-on media buying with end-to-end campaign ownership, making it ideal for professionals who understand both platform mechanics and performance-driven funnel strategies.

You will work in high-intensity, compliance-sensitive delivery environments, managing campaigns across Tier-1 geographies (US, UK, EU) with a focus on CPS, CPL, and CPA outcomes. The role demands speed, analytical thinking, adaptability, and strong execution discipline.

Key Responsibilities


Media Buying & Campaign Execution:-


  • Plan, launch, and manage Web/App campaigns across:
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Bing / Microsoft Ads
  • Native platforms (Taboola, MGID, Outbrain, AppLovin, etc.)
  • Own campaign structures, including targeting, bidding, budgets, creatives, URLs, and tracking parameters.
  • Execute performance-driven acquisition strategies aligned to CPS / CPL / CPA goals.


Optimization & Scaling

  • Monitor and optimize daily performance metrics such as CPA, CPL, CPS, CVR, ROAS, spend pacing, and funnel efficiency.
  • Manage rapid testing cycles for creatives, audiences, placements, and landing pages.
  • Optimize multi-layered funnels, including pre-landers, routing flows, and audience segmentation for Tier-1 markets.
  • Scale campaigns while maintaining stability, efficiency, and traffic quality.



Tracking, Analytics & Compliance Alignment

  • Implement and maintain tracking frameworks, including:
  • S2S & postback tracking
  • Advanced attribution setups
  • Multi-domain routing and URL management
  • Work closely with tech and analytics teams to ensure accurate data flow and reporting.
  • Adapt campaign setups to meet platform compliance requirements without compromising performance.



Reporting & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with creative teams on ad concepts, formats, and testing priorities.
  • Share optimization learnings, scaling strategies, and growth recommendations with leadership.
  • Support the creation of internal playbooks for repeatable growth strategies.



Required Skills & Experience

  • 07 years of experience in performance marketing, media buying, or campaign management
  • (Fresher / Junior / Senior profiles welcome based on capability) .
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Bing, and/or Native platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Web and Mobile performance funnels.
  • Exposure to Tier-1 geographies (the US/UK/EU) is a significant advantage.
  • Familiarity with CPA, CPL, and CPS delivery models.
  • Working knowledge of tracking tools such as GA4, Voluum, Keitaro, AppsFlyer, Branch, or similar.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to act quickly on performance data.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in verticals such as utilities, finance, insurance, VPN, antivirus, e-commerce, gaming, or mobile apps.
  • Understanding of advanced funnel structures, domain management, and routing logic.
  • Familiarity with automation tools, bulk uploads, and platform-level optimization levers.
  • Strong attention to detail and execution discipline.
