About the Role
The Campaign Manager Events (Paid Ads) will drive ticket sales through high-performance ad campaigns. This role requires speed, real-time optimization, audience behavior understanding, and strong conversion-focused execution.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute paid ad campaigns to drive ticket sales for events
Manage high-budget, time-sensitive campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube
Create and optimize audience funnels for awareness, consideration, and conversions
Closely monitor ticket sales, cost per ticket, and ROAS
Work with event teams to align campaign messaging with event timelines
Optimize campaigns daily based on performance and sales velocity
Test creatives, audiences, and formats to improve conversion rates
Track pixels, conversion APIs, and ticketing platform integrations
Prepare daily performance updates and post-campaign reports
Skills & Qualifications
25+ years of experience running paid ads for events, ticketing, or high-volume sales
Strong understanding of performance marketing and sales-driven campaigns
Experience managing large ad spends under tight deadlines
Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads, Google Ads & tracking tools
