Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Campaign Manager located in New Delhi. The Campaign Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing campaigns that align with the companys growth objectives. Key tasks include planning campaign strategies, overseeing the execution process, monitoring performance, and ensuring successful outcomes. Collaboration with sales and project teams is essential to align activities and achieve optimal results. The role also involves effective internal and external communication to keep stakeholders informed throughout campaign cycles.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Social Media Campaign Manager or in a similar marketing role.
- In-depth knowledge of social media algorithms, SEO, and user engagement metrics.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite,Buffer, Sprinklr, Asana) and analytics platforms.
- Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders
- Knowledge of Project Management principles for efficient execution of campaign strategies
- Experience in Sales strategies to align campaigns with business objectives and drive growth
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and measure performance metrics
- Proficiency in using relevant tools and technologies for campaign management
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree will be an advantage
