TCS presents an excellent opportunity for Campaign Developer - Braze/SFMC; HTML / XHTML / DHTML / CSS
Desired Experience Range: 4-10 years
Location: Pune
Mode of Interview : Virtual
Desired Competencies: (Technical/Behavioural Competency)
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing CODE
- Offer deep knowledge in Liquid syntax, Webhook, API, HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Create reusable blocks in the Braze email build process to improve efficiency and consistency
- Implement personalization by pulling personalized data dynamically for each customer
- Create technical documentation for reference and reporting.
- Knowledge of email automation and personalization techniques, with proficiency in Liquid programming language.
- Familiarity with Brazes features and capabilities, including Canvas, Content Blocks, Connected Content, and more.
- Experience with email testing and troubleshooting across multiple platforms, browsers and mail clients
- Knowledge of email best practices, including deliverability, spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR), and email
- Implementing or hands-on with IP-warmup, Migration campaigns is necessary
- Should have experience in campaign integration with other tools using web services (Soap, Rest APIs) and Scripting languages
