Role Description
We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Campaign Manager to plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and experienced in managing end-to-end campaigns that enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and execute 360 marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and other channels.
- Develop campaign strategies aligned with business objectives and brand positioning.
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate with creative, design, content, and media teams to produce campaign assets.
- Track performance using analytics tools and optimize campaigns for better results.
- Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify opportunities.
- Prepare campaign reports with insights, learnings, and ROI measurement.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and campaign quality.
- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining high standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 36 years of experience in campaign management, digital marketing, or brand marketing.
- Experience managing campaigns acrosssocial media, digital ads, email, and content platforms .
- Strong understanding of campaign strategy, audience targeting, and funnel marketing.
- Proficiency in campaign and analytics tools (Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Google Ads, CRM tools, etc.).
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and convert insights into action.
- Creative thinker with problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Good to Have
- Experience in performance marketing or lead generation campaigns.
- Experience working in agency/startup environments.
- Knowledge of automation tools and marketing platforms.
- Experience in branding, content planning, or influencer campaigns.
